you need a screenshot of it saying "welcome back <username>" or a screenshot of /mystats to have proof that you're the owner of your account.

As BrightHugs said above, you would need a screenshot that says, "Welcome back, <your username>!". If you have it, upload the screenshot as evidence that you prove your account to get a password change.

If you can't obtain that crucial screenshot, try to remember any stats such as kills, deaths, wins, level, crew, skin you last used, etc.
