Hi there Squidy! :^)

To apply for staff just make a conversation with vertx and WarriorGirl3333 explaining why you would be a good addition to the staff team =D vertx is currently not looking for staff but applications are open and vertx and WarriorGirl3333 are looking at them.

I'm just gonna tell Higher/lower chances
Highering ur chances
Be active and friendly on the server and forums be responsible and helpful, nice as well and report hackers and bugs
Lowering ur chances
Spamming and asking for staff and being banned/by passing (not sure about that one)

But I do think you should consider the consequences as well. Becoming staff means you'll probably miss out on the experiences of being a normal player - dealing with reports instead of playing with friends, everyone watching you to see if you make a mistake and being judged when you do. It sounds tough.
