You dont have to read my story but you can drop down a few sentences of how you found Brlns. Please I like stories mmkay?


I was playing on this other MC server, and I wanted to mess around in it. I didnt really like that server anymore, considerring the chatters are annoying and PvP is messed up.

Anyway: I decided to get banned for making an inappropriate pet name

That’s when I got banned, and my bro said “Wanna play on Brokenlens with me?”

So I decided to go with him, and Brokenlens actually turned out to be fun. I didnt want to go back to that boring server. So voila.

LONG STORY AHEAD

Wayy back then, I never even knew that servers even exist. I'd just play peacefully on my offline worlds, occasionally joining a LAN game with my sister. We would build houses together and observe my extremely derpy sand and dirt houses. But then, she watched a video on YT with Stampylongfacewhateverhisnameis playing on Suckboat. She gave me the IP and I became addicted. I only played Hungergames and roleplayed in the lobby. (This was the old lobby with the spawn on a bridge over a lake with four portals on each side, and the Walls was always broken. xD) Any ways, slowly VIP ads began to take over the chat. Then everything went downhill. Eventually, Suckboat became so greedy for money that they got rid of regular VIP. This scammed everyone who already bought it, as their rank was removed. Waste of $10. (The worst part was that you could only buy VIP+ for one game. If you want to buy it for all games, it's like $25 or $30. THAT'S MORE THAN MCPE ITSELF.) What broke my patience was when they made it to where you could not join a game untill 30 seconds, unless you were VIP. They also added those stupid VIP only lounges. I got sick of this and looked around for new servers. I found a cool German one, but it was too lonely, plus you had to vote in order to chat. Eventually, I found BrokenLens. So far, I've been here for about 2 years.
I'm honestly quite glad that Suckboat went downhill, otherwise I would have never found THIS awesome server.

How I joined - I was depressed so I started to binge play mc, and the serve root boring so I went to bl and 50 other servers, only like bl

Meh hear how I found Brokenlens. So a long time ago I played on Lagboat a lot until it got boring for me and left it. So after that my friend and me just playing on our world and I went to watch YT to find some tutorials on how to build stuff. So I click it and I saw a video on top 5 server for Mcpe and so I click it. Never the less I found the server we all know... Brokenlens. So that was the day I started to played Brokenlens all day untill 1.2 came out and I quit. The end.

I played The epic laggiest server (prob everyone knows dat server) quit it's bc of lag watched Fuziondroids vid took the IP and joined

Well, first, there's how I found servers in general. I had never heard of them until I was visiting a cousin and we played two-person Hunger Games in a regular, small, Survival world (I hid in a spruce tree and laughed as he actually went about making tools and stuff).
Then, a few days later, I told my friend about it, and she told me that you could actually play Hunger Games in Minecraft, and showed me how to join servers - I started with Suckboat, back when it DIDN'T suck. This was when it had the lobby with the underground snow parkour and the secret cake rooms. I really only played SG (can't say I was ever any good, but I was better then than I am now .-.). We played together all the time, and after a while she told me that she'd found this other cool server game called Blockhunt. So she gave me the IP for a server with that and I LOVED it.
After a while we both stopped playing Minecraft, when Suckboat's lobby now had a cafe where we met before joining and had huge cliffs around the sides with caves in and out of them. I started playing again last year, and tried to join the old servers.
And... I was depressed.
Suckboat now sucked, with the VIP ads appearing all the time and all the players being really unfriendly, not at ALL how I remembered it. And the Blockhunt server... I couldn't join it anymore. I guess it was taken down or whatever.
I really wanted to play Blockhunt again, so I googled Blockhunt servers. I tried about four or five of them. Either they didn't work when I tried to join, or they were just... not good.
And then I was ready to give up on servers. But I tried one more.
And it was GREAT.
BrokenLens, of course.

How i found brokenlens:


I was on a account called _____Games_____ (i know the name sucks) but on 2016 Feb. I was searching on YouTube
And i found a server called "Brokenlens" i was searching for the IP Address, and i enetered there... i only played TSW SW there, a few months i quited Brokenlens, i saw a new game called P#xe: Gu! 3D and thats qhy i quited, i was a bit addicted to that game.. Feb. 2017 i quited Pix3l G7n 3D and 1 Month later Mar. 18 2017 i remembered the memories i had before, so i search on YT "Brokenlens" i was clicking videos and i was Amazed.. in my mind, " i will play TNTTag first .^. "
So when i played it, bunch of pros beating me.. but on the future...

Brother: that was a sad story :(

Back in the day (xD)

I was looking for a server with Spleeg, Spleef or BuildBattle. I searched the MCPE server list and found BrokenLens under the games I wanted to play, but I didn't join then because it was Brazilian and I thought everyone and everything would be in Spanish or something (stupid I know xD) I then searched YouTube for Top 5's and whatever and saw BrokenLens and realised it was in English. I joined for Spleeg and Spleef it wasn't there but I stayed for BowSpleef ^-^
