How can I upload video and screenshot

Anyone please help me why can't I upload videos and screenshot. For some reason when I tap the upload a file button, it keeps opening my camera and it's really annoying that I can't directly open file.

Idk if this helps but when I click it, i get these options

and if i click on photo library, it takes me to my camera roll/photos where i can upload any picture or videos saved there
i think browse will let you upload files saves elsewhere

edit- imgbb.com will also let you upload photos- you can also copy/paste links from that
