Hi, As many of you all know I'm a Helper for the Brokenlens Community, and Recently I've been feeling like I'm not doing My job the way I should, I feel like I Need to improve a lot on how I handle situations. Please Feel free to Give me your Honest opinion on what I can improve on.

I've looked at a couple of ban appeals you've managed and threads that you have replied to and sometimes in my head I think that you dislike half of the people on here. I'm not saying you it's just people make ban appeals and your not particularly nice to them. I'm not expecting you to be super friendly all the time because I'm sure not just in threads like that Respect the person who made it instead of mocking what they said or whatever.
