There's no such thing as a perfect human being. I'm not perfect, you're not perfect, none of the other staff members are "perfect". Every staff member has made a mistake, because we're human. Being perfect has absolutely nothing to do with staff.

Seriously, what makes you think I'm "perfect"?

Yeah, but there are hundreds of other applications they have to go through and they're on a que so they won't be responded to in months. Maybe when they aren't on a que anymore.

Eh.. well people do that stuff for staff, not because they actually like to. If you don't actually enjoy doing this, then you probably won't become a staff member, although it could be possible.

Plus, there are some staff members who got ranks in different ways.

Ahem following your way to get rank is a great idea but long time to get helper. I mean you tried your best to be on fourms to get good rep and get helper or else you rly like brokenlens I believe helper though.

No. Soon MOD+ staff members will be able to vote or select new staff members from the applications though.
