You’ll work your way up; helper > trial > mod > admin.
Helpers can only ban 7 days, they can kick but can’t mute; they don’t have too many perms. But they mainly help out with answering questions, ban appeals or whichever smaller types of reports they can handle. ヽ(*≧ω≦)ﾉ

It's not necessarily needed, if you’re active it’ll help though - because we’d look for staff which can be online more often.

Yup! Then you could ask another staff member to change their ban period to permanent.

You should have choosen the GMT+ 8:00, Hong Kong is a bit close to the Philippines from what I know and the time has the same time.
