The House/Plots/Rooms idea I have is a customizable place for a player to hang out in. It acts like their house or room and guests can be invited. I'll be using the rooms variation to demonstrate my idea.
Function
Somewhere in your hotbar, an NPC, or command is something to teleport you to your room. I think you first need to buy a room before doing your customization. In this room, it's a private area for you and the people inside.
Customization
Buying or obtaining unlockables to furnish your room. Maybe it could be set furniture and you can place it down or you get blocks and you build it yourself.
Expansion
You wont have room for everything you want in your room. Buying expansion allows your room to expand the amount of space it can hold so you can fit more furniture and items.
That's pretty much all I have. If you have something to add to it or there's a problem, say it in a constructive way.
