Maybe try asking a classmate or a teacher that can actually simplify your situation, kinda like math , you simplify your solution or you can just memorize the formula for chemistry and then write it down somewhere on your test so you don't get another mental break down crisis

hm yeah i'm asking but no one seems to know how to...

and I can't really simplify much in here, there's a combination of procedures of last topics and etc and I am expected to apply all of that (apart from the 5 formulas from this chapter)
