Hit Recharge

So, there's this thing on brokenlens called hit recharge such that the hits from windows 10 players do not always do a lot of damage or something like that. I would like to know what is the recharge time like one good hit every 3 seconds or so? Also, [ik many ppl will blast me for this] can we try to reduce hit recharge for win 10 players? 1.PE players are getting very good to the point of a win10 player and i can't combo them, 2 they can just spam kill u in a corner without moving. Its starting to become a unfair battle for some. Can any admins answer the question or ask Vertx? @HazardTheDutchAD @WarriorGirl3333

No. Have been discussed long time ago and vertx has decided to keep it like that.

Can you answer the question at least please. How long is the hit recharge? I need to know.
Question 1. Is it lag or i can click 330 times a minute without lag but on the server it registers as 80 at max
Question 2. Can you bring up the discussion you said that previously happened?
