When was Brokenlens first launched?
I'm curious to know about the background of Brokenlens and its history.
 
All I know is the year 2015 for something and that's it

Brief explanation:
2015 Pretty sure that the server launched at this point
2015-16 generation of the earliest players, the first few games, I think Hs and Sw were one of the first Idk...and A LOT MORE.
2016 Beginning of “Extreme” online dating, more players.
2017 A year full of old folks, the usernames such as XxFartguyxX, __Weirdguy__ basically names with a lotta underscores, and Xx___xX, and ItzYomama, Bruh_its_Bruhlle, Aye_itz_Afurry.
MM and Splt also launched in early 2017. This marks the beginning of really really really extreme exp grinding, like 100 levels per day etc. (Also the year Lachlan20 joined brlns)
2018 Names like xYomamapapa_ or xYomxmxpxpA, have become super popular, and extreme exp grinding has gone rlllllllly crazy. This year, a lot of those exp grinders, legends with high ranks are starting to “Get inactive”. Drmlg gets more people than ever.
2019 continuation of 2018, and mob wars. More is “Stuff” is yet to come....

Hahahaha, iv been on the server for 4 darn years and had no idea of this sorta stuff ;-;

BrokenLens was launched in 2015, but vertx had been developing Minecraft servers way before 2015. I met him way back in 2014, BrokenLens didn't even exist at that time. He had a small server hosted at home called "PocketCraftBr", then later he started to host this server on a proper remote server. By the end of 2014 he decided to develop something more serious and bigger than PocketCraftBr, and that's when BrokenLens was born. It was a fun journey of development and experiments, our server infrastructure has improved a lot since then.
