Usually if a staff member doesn’t come right away it’s because they are tied up with something else

Hey there. I remember you were asking for me or another staff member to join you in MobWars due to there being a cheater. Unfortunately in that moment, I was hosting a party in Skywars with friends for about half an hour and as a result, I could not sufficiently investigate the player you were referring to earlier without the potential risk of redirecting other players in the party to the match in question.
On top of that, Me and Voniblynn were the only staff members in-game at that point in time and we were also handling other cases within the matches we were playing while hanging out with the community.
I apologize about that and I hope that this is something I could address more sufficiently in the future.
