The ban is permanent, he was hacking. I don't remember his ban as it was almost a month ago, but I'm guessing by the description it was pretty blatant.
It also looks like he's bypassed his ban (creating/logging into new/old accounts) since his ban, which isn't allowed either.

میدانم که من هک کرده ام اما من بسیار پشیمان هستم و قول میدهم که اگر من را ازاد کردید دیگر این کار ها را انجام ندهم و اینکه خیلی متاسفم بروکلنز بهترین سرگرمی من است

Thanks for admitting what you did, but that doesn't make up for it. You'll still have to wait 3-4 months until you can create another appeal, and only then would I consider unbanning you.
Feel free to create another appeal on January 12, 2022. If you bypass your ban (creating/logging into new/old accounts while one of your accounts is banned) you will not be given a second chance.
If/when you are unbanned you will not be given a second chance if any of us catch you hacking again in the future. Have a nice day. ;)
