Hider uncovered before the seekers were released?

Well... I'm not entirely sure what happened. I didn't see. But as the screenshot shows, a hider was uncovered before the seekers were released. Maybe she spawned inside the waiting room thing somehow? Or maybe it was just a bug with the chat, and she really was uncovered after, but it didn't say it properly or something.
Or maybe it's not a bug and Panda is a hacker, but I didn't see him/her go through blocks or anything like that at any point so it doesn't seem that way.

I did mention the possibility of Panda being a hacker, but I figure it would have to be ghost hacks, or no-clip hacks, or whatever they're called. Because it isn't possible to hit through the ladders, is it?

That happened before on the hotel map, I think the seekers can hit through the ladders? XD Idk, but one time I got too close, and got hit, soooo
