So, i'm suggesting this Perk. This Perk is for Hiders.

About this Kit :
The Item is a feather.
Like if you are running from the Seekers, it will fast you up. From 1 block to 5 blocks it just like teleporting.
This is what it looks. (Maybe you guys know)
Sorry because there's another server on the vid.
It recharges every 1.20 or 80 seconds.
NOTE : it doesn't let you fly.
