so my friend @joshdunispapi got perm banned about a year ago for refunding something, but she didn't someone bought her a tt and then refunded it there any way she could get unbanned? thanks!

I don’t think they deserve to be unbanned, they didn’t refund, they chargeback which is basically stealing and the offensive / rude usernames aren’t appreciated either.
