There are quite a few people who use paint tool sai but you need a drawing tablet to connect to the pc or Mac, possible a Wacom intuos

You mean Paint Tool SAI?

I've seen no one on this forums use it but on other medias like Twitter and Youtube, I know some.

Also, you don't need to connect a tablet, I think. You could do everything by mouse or something else like trackpad, but the word you might be looking for is "recommended"

I’m on the land of the lustrous amino and used it for my profile because I drew it a while ago and posted it on the map amino, but since that image had nothing related to the anime houseki no Kuni I just placed it on my profile far an example of some of my other work .-.

People have to ensure they own it. It's not like people at stores have to check that you bought an item at a store if you want to return it by checking credit card info or receipt. I get that he accused, but he has his thoughts and he thought lilou was stealing.
