Even so regardless of the reason, a perm ban is a perm ban. some of the others were banned over 5 times and still got their perm ban unbanned. Spikes been banned 3 times?

Well you're saying it's unfair to unban some people and not others, which would mean either everyone would have to be unbanned or no one could be unbanned. And you disagreed to both of those.

Because players are allowed to get second chances, unlike spike - if I remember correcty, he’s gotten plenty of chances.
