I was in a game with him/her. And he/her wasnt on the block. At first I thought it was lag, so I watched it a bit more. After he missed the block, his character just stood there. Then when the time was done, he moved again. He did this multiply times and ended up winning.

Yea! That's what he does, he doesn't die in block party, he'll stand on the right block until theres a few left or he cant find the block, then he starts flying

I saw him doing the same thing on block party. I It was just me and him left me he wasn't moving I got all the way to round 15 (skillz) until I fell.

I got him! It was hero, some girl, and me. He couldn't find the block! This is no lag. He went moving after it. I have another screenshot of him doing it again in the same game.
