This isn't a bug,It's just a random error that comes up for fly hacks.But don't worry,it usually picks up the fly hacks by mistake.No need to report next time.Also,It's not a ban,just a warning so don't worry,but it happens to normal players by mistake as I said. xD

Error may happen because :
You climbed up water.
Crouching for too long at the edge of a block.
Falling.
Possibly standing on fences.
