So I recently reset my phone but when I redownloaded Minecraft, it wouldn’t allow me to change my skin. I tried deleting it again but it still doesn’t work. Help?

Yes

if you use skinseed to make your skins, select a few skins and then click the folder button in the top right corner. name the pack and then click done and copy it to Minecraft
