I don’t think it’s possible for a staff member to do that,though i don’t really know about it so someone can correct me if i’m wrong

Probably staff can't.

Although, you can just remove the player on your friend list if you wanted to. As long as I know, if you removed someone on your friend list, once you wrote a message on GRM, FRM ect. They won't receive it. It's because you removed them, but your name will still show up on their friend list.

The Admins have their limitations, just like Helpers and regular players.
