Help!

I have been playing BrokenLens Block Party and I got randomly disconnected playing. I tried joining again but it says "Unable to connect to world". I left it for a few hours thinking it was just a bug/glitch. When I came back, It's stuck on Locating server. It stayed on Locating Server forever. After 3 days I still can't join but suddenly I joined and it worked but there was so much lag, after 5 minutes, I got disconnected again, until today, So I was expecting it was offline, and I checked when BrokenLens was online on minecraftpocketeditionservers website. It was online. Problem is I can't play BrokenLens anymore just because of this problem
Please help!
I really love to play BrokenLens
And it's the only server I want to play in mcpe

What's the port and IP on you're brokenlens server? Sometimes a specific server is down...
