All you have to do is just exit Minecraft and go back on Broken Lens for it to be fixed (that is what I've done when it happens to me and it works).

I would try exiting Broken Lens and going back on xD

Experienced that. All u have to do is do /hub again and bam ur done
if doesnt work, try shives suggestion
