You don't need to leave...

It is a simple, yet a little tedious process to make an XBOX Live account. First you need an outlook email (if you don't have one click - https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/outlook-com/ ) and sign up. Make sure your age is higher than 18, it will make everything easier :P Then make an XBOX Live account (click here https://www.xbox.com/en-US/live/minecraft/sign-up )

When you're done login to XBOX Live on Minecraft and you should be able to join...
