When I went to play on brokenlens it took so long to load and when I went in I went back to level 1 and I lost my emerald rank.

It was most probably lag that created the problem then. There was too much to load which caused the game to lag extremely therefore, your own stats couldn't load properly and you were given a default 'player' rank and level.

Lag grows more and more after each update due to new game additions so this was just a glitch as a result of it, I suppose. We're sorry for the inconvenience

But, if this ever happens again you know where to find us and who to call (no, not ghostbusters XD)
