Hi, this thread might be little weird, but pls its extremely important to me.So if ur a Christian, maybe u can help me

I want to convert to Christiany, I followed all the rules except for one and this one has been hitting my head all day.
Baptism or baptize

I heard you need to visit a church to get baptise.
Problem is, all churches around my area are Catholics.
Jesus did not say anything about Catholic churches.

So here are my questions:

Can you get baptise yourself?

Can you get baptised by a friend in a pool?

Pls dont judge I'm just a beginner

As far as I know it is performed by a priest, deacon or cleric- the only time an "emergency" baptism can be performed by someone else would be if you were in imminent danger of dying and had no way to be baptised by a church- only then could a fellow Christian perform the baptism (I am definitely no expert though)
