My friend want to help me to build my project. But this settings looked lock pr something. Please help me ;-;

Try logging out of your account and signing back in, if that doesn’t work you’ll have to change the setting on the Xbox app / website, or you can create another Xbox account and the settings should be fine - just refriend them on that one. I had problems for MONTHS where my friends couldn’t join yet I never changed anything ┏(｀ー´)┛
