Help with URL's

How do you post a imagine URL it's been awhile since I've posted and forgot how to do so. I've tried many links but it doesn't work for me

Usually if you long press an image and hit copy and click this:

it will add the image.

Sometimes you can also save it to whatever your device is and hit upload a file and choose it from your library to insert

I’ve found the best way is to have it saved to your device and you’ll hit upload a file and find it in your photo library and that should put it into the thread
