Help with login

Ray Palmer reset my password. Now I try to go in the portal and it tells me to login but I don't know my password. How do I get my password ? Thank you for your help.

Hello,
To reset you're password staff need proof to know that you own the account.
Examples:
A screenshot of you playing when you enter the server that shows when it says "Welcome back <username>
Or any other stats o your account that you remember. For example: your level, how many global wins you had,how many coins you had etc.

I will tag staff members so they can help you out. Please be patient.

Okay ,i already did that last night and Ray responded that he changed it. But it is still making me login when I enter portal . I will add the screenshot i added last night . my problem is once u have reset it how do I know it so I can login. Maybe I am stupid and i am missing something.

You are right , it didn't work , it is still my old password. I guess just leave it and if i have another problem i will let you know. Thank you for all your help.Merry Christmas
