hello
I'm so new to this thing and terribly bad at it. I managed to register but still couldn't log into the game and because of too many attempts, it seems I've been blocked. Please help.
 
Nope, I just sign up today. And still haven't been able to log in. I still haven't played anything. Perhaps I haven't been blocked but I got a message saying too many attempts for logging in and got kick out.

I ended up getting banned for trying to log in too many times. But I just tried again and I managed to get in. Still, I have no idea if I should register again or try the old password and end up being banned.

Thank you so much. I just tried again and it still said that you have registered but when I out the password it kept saying wrong password.

What is your IGN? Because if your account's name is already registered you will have to login with the correct password of it. Maybe the name of your account is already registered?
(NOTE: IGN = In Game name)

Hello,

Thank you for all your replies. I am actually doing this on my little girl's behalf. We managed to get in but can't get the password right to play the game. To be honest, I have given up but try telling that to a six years old. I did try to register a new name but it kept saying that I have been registered. So I have no idea what to do next.

We live in Thailand and her login name is Betsy.

That is probably that someone else registered an account using the same username try a different name :)

You can make a thread in "Support" section and ask for a password change and show a photo of proof or u chatting :)
