HELP Urgent ;-;

Hey guys.. So i really really really really really REALLY hope anyone of you can helpme find the problen because i cant anymoe its so annoying.. Since i bought this phone (for few months) ive been experiencing 2 things who piss me off so much and again i hope you help me find the reason.. BASICALLY when I want to install apps , It can take hours before it start downloading , but what I noticed is that apps start downloading at the same time Gmail send me Mail Notifications, here what i tried :
Factory Reset
Uninstall Google Play Updates/Reinstall
Clear Google Service/Play Cache/Datas
Remove Google Accounts
Look if I have Free Storage

And Also the other thing who pisses me off is that I get my notification late or kik, sometimes I dont get them.

Android 7.0

Try googling it? Or call the place you bought it from?

well there isnt much you can really do if the problem as your stating is there still its probably a hardware fault in my personal opinion see if you have warranty still and get it replaced cause the problem should go if you factory reset

Hmm then I’d call the store you bought it from and see if they’ve had any complaints with the same problems and how to fix it?.3.

Turn it off and on XD
