Help Trouble buying rank

Ok so I made an account and went and tried to buy the emerald rank I put in mycard information ,then it said "couldn't be purchased because merchant PayPal was having issues?,but it sent me a receipt through PayPal like it went through? How do I fix this now it won't let me log back into my account on the shop and says my info is invalid?

You cannot login to the shop. Please contact PayPal support if PayPal is having issues.

PayPal is telling me to contact the person who runs the shop to resolve the issue,it's saying the shop itself /and the shop owners PayPal is acting up and I tried again it said the shop website is having issue? @HazardTheDutchAD

I can't say as I do not have Admin access to the shop myself. You will have to wait for a higher authority who runs the shop system to come online @edwjusti @vertx or @Flowingmedia

I'm hoping to get in touch soon I'm worried it glitches and charged me 3 times,I have the receipt saying it went through and was received but it says error at the top in green? @HazardTheDutchAD im hoping I can send a screenshot to shop admin and resolve this issue

I can get an Admin to set the rank on your account but if you have paid multiple times I am unsure if the shop Admin's will be able to send a refund.

It just popped on when I logged in so I guess the last one went through I'm just scared if it charged me 3 times but I was logged in to my one account and emerald is a one time purchase so I'm thinking it probably didn't? @HazardTheDutchAD thanks for the help though I'm sorry for the confusion ,it just really stumped me as to why it was doing what it did.
