Help this is annoying

does anyone know why whenever i play tnt run i can't see the blocks falling and when i play block party the blocks don't change so i keep falling?

in block party what I do is that I run everywhere and if the blocks don’t appear after the blocks disappear for a few seconds when they’re supposed to show up I look on top of the screen and wait till it says “Waiting...” that’s how I know the blocks loaded in but just doesn’t apppear on my screen
