help pls staff

so i went to play kk,when the games started idk its bug or smthing,i cant control the cars,its really anoyying,and sometimes lagging for no reason and my WiFi its fine .ive been try to turn off all on settings. this is not once i got this bug,pls fix it.

Are you steering the kart by pressing sprint or the forwards button?

I’d say just play a diff game on the server for a bit and try again later
