u have to verify the account with an email. u press a button that the bot sends an automatic email to the persons email,a nd the person presses a button in the emil, which verifies it. my friends pressing the button but he's getting no emails

Have him try rebooting his phone, if it still doesn’t maybe try to use a spare email if he has one, otherwise just try in 24 hours or sooner just maybe it’s having some technical difficulties.
