Help Meh (if possible)

So i may have ruined my phones battery...
Is it possible to fix it?
it only goes down super fast when im on an app (games & photos tend sto drain it a lot it seems like)
Anyways i do play on it while it charging, but i did this with my iPod Touch and it didnt ruin da battery
Anyways if anyone can help meh fix it (if its possible, this only started happening a couple weeks ago, my battery was fine before (or maybe i didnt notice it)
idk maybe its impossible to fix but i think it might be some kinda glitch

anyways its an iPhone 6s and its not even a year old

I don't know. Stop playing on it while it's charging? I have no idea, my (only) phone is almost 5 years old. (It still works lmao xD)
