I'm trying to connect to my account at bl but is not working D: help mee, o tried much times but no have results and I'm got panic now

Edit: this video show what happen when I try connect at an account, the black on the video at one part was my password and I put this black, what happened with this account happen when I try connect on my real account, jviniMCPE @_PineappleDeath_ @ssunsett

what does it say when you try to get on the server? it is probably your wifi/data because im able to get on. so, its not the server.
