Hello, how may I post an thread on forums? If doesn't in Bug Report, Player Report or Ban appeals? I have a question, for what serves the 5x Reset Tickets?
 
Just click post new thread, it’s in the orange button, maybe you just have to keep tapping it until you see your thread on the list.

And the reset tickets completely wipe your stats on a certain mini game like if you were terrible at a game and you don’t want other people to see it you could reset it.

And if you change your mind about resetting your stats you can do /resetstats (Minigame) revert
