You need to have it on your device, then on the orange buttons next to what you press to send a reply is 'Upload a File' select that then select 'Choose file' then proceed to choose a photo

That isn't enough, it has to be you logged in, i would give you an example but i'm actually using a device on which i do not use minecraft and i have no photos, so you may have to wait for staff to verify the skin you supplied was correct, if not they will ask you to supply some additional info.

I know this can be frustrating but this process is purely to guarantee the security of every brokenlens players accounts so nobody can steal their account.

Yeah don't worry I get it actually I logged in and it let me change my password but then Ig for logging out it wouldn't let me go back again
