It's because of the 18.98 hertz also known as "ghost frequency." It plays within the video to show that an electronic hum is responsible for "ghostly visions".

No, they played a certain frequency and now im still hearing it

I have a person named hallu aka hallucination x
He was once a creepy voice on my head talked to a doctor and had it removed for medication next month I knew this was no hallucination is was a spirit I saw a figure standing in my hallway I ran to it and I could not touch it I’m not showing you bc of sensitive users but it was a spirit and I called 911 and left off with a warning this happened 3 years ago 2:45AM but if you don’t believe me bc he’s a mc player idk how he is but he is but don’t believe me all you want

in real life i constantly see flashes, blurs shapes and movement out of the corner of my eyes, CONSTANTLY, not on a normal level, either, every ten seconds ill see someone - Something flash across my sight, scaring the living c♥♥♥ out of me, its also noises, feelings - Like someone tearing at my arms, trying to drag me somwhere, its scaring me so much i can barely sleep and when i tell people they dont believe me, im scared, sometimes when i look at it it doesn’t go away until its seconds from getting me, tall, lanky misshapen, humanoid creatures standing at the end of the hallway, they turn and screech at me and charge towards me, evaporating just before they touch me, but thats rare, none the less im terrified, i am going crazy.
