Help its says I have warning points

Hi, I haven't been on the server in a while. But when I just came back my YT rank was gone & when I tried to do the /youtube it said I had over 3 warnings. Last year there was a bug giving warnings to everyone including a family member of mine, and her's got wiped clean from her account but I still have warnings and never did anything wrong on the server. Can someone please help?

Probably it got taken away as you didn't have 100 subs as its required and with the 3 warnings im pretty sure you need to contact a mod with your YT account with your full proof of subscribers in a screenshot

How many subs do you have on YouTube? Also can you show proof that you own the YouTube channel?

Thank you for the response. I have 504 subscribers. At the time I applied last year I had 200. Yes I can prove that its my channel. How do you want me to prove it?

Can you take a screen shot of you logged into the channel? To upload the photo click the Upload a File button beside the Post Reply button
