Help I cant claim my YT rank!

Hey this is for the mods. I recently hit 100 subscribers on YouTube The Channel is ExchantedPlayz. So when I try to claim the YT rank I do /youtube <email> ExchantedPlayz. well it says checking info the says its incorrect! ive checked it lots of times its not incorrect! I don't know whats going on if you could help that would be great
