Why I got banned:
She does not know the reason for which it was banned, I simply tried to enter the servers and it appeared that it was permanently banned.
Why we should unban you?
I've known her for a long time and I've never seen her doing something forbidden, maybe it's a mistake, that's why she asked me for help, let it be a simple mistake.

Isn't this a little unfair for the players? I mean, they are just happily buying a rank on the shop and when they go into the server, they get the message that they were banned. And I'm saying that this it's unfair because mostly the players who got banned for this don't even know why and it's not even their fault in some of the cases.

Is done on purpose Lucky. It’s scamming the server. If you buy a rank normally the money wouldn’t be taken back while you still get whatever it is you bought

Yeah i understand that part is fair but it's not the player's fault that that the bank or whatever they used wanted a refund or money not taken. Or is it their fault?
