Help! 1.2.13 mcpe

Its simple. I connect to any server and it is stuck on 'Connecting to External' how to fix?

Uninstall minecraft and wait for the next update to release.

That always has happened to me since the 1.2 update. If I want to join a server I just keep on trying to join and if it’s not loading within a minute or so I press cancel and try again. It usually works within 20 minutes or so. I’ve tried deleting Minecraft, restarting my device, signing out of my xbox account and deleting the servers but it never worked for me so just keep on trying to join and it eventually loads.

Restart your Minecraft and try again. Wait a few minutes, if it doesn't work, I don't know. But it's what I do, when I get it.
