hiya I have a Q, when submitting a staff application who are they looked by? Admins? Or mods? Cause I don’t know... and is it common that applications get dinied? And what are some things u must do to increase ur chances at becoming staff? I was just wondering.... cause I have nooooooo clue... thx for reading ^-^

Only mods and admins look at the staff applications.
But, what I’d look for.. is honesty.
I wanna see your personality stand out just by the way you’ve told us about yourself.

Also, applications.. we don’t really notify you if you’ve been accepted or not.
Your rank is simply set to your forums and server account.

There’s no real way to increase your chances, just be yourself. ♡

don't go too honest tho or you'll end up writing your life story and i don't think the staff want to read that much
