Minecraft Hell Glitch?

When I'm being transferred to another server or when the game ends for me sometimes my screen automatically turns into nether themed? I have no texture packs/mods on, i just dont understand why this happens and it's so creepy

you haven't been listening huh? everytime you join another game you'll hear the nether portal sound so... the second pic is not a bug the first one tho that's new
