Height Limit

I know this has been suggested many times but it hasn't been implemented so I'm gonna complain anyway

Please add a height limit for MW/SW/TSW, I had to deal with someone 400+ blocks in the air with a bow and it took at least 10 minutes to kill him. He was so high that you couldn't even see the blocks you were placing, Is this supposed to be fun? Because it's not

yes please. someone made a sky base really high and once I got there, they ender pearled back down and stared making another tower :,(
