I’m not very sure what you’re trying to report, because it’s impossible for somebody to ‘steal’ your rank - this screenshot also doesn’t prove he’s hacking.. it doesn’t appear like he’s bullying you either. I’m sorry, thank you anyways! Enjoy your day. :)
