They're for people with anxiety, ADHD, and Autism. They are also banned in meh school, they get confiscated. I don't believe they are "stupid" honestly, a kid with autism in my class has his own and it helps him a lot. If anything they are useful as long as their used for actual purpose.

True, but I've seen it happen, and it wasn't by a student, it was by my biology teacher and he literally broke a hole into the closet.

So I am a special education teacher and these types of things help my students who need to fidget with something to be able to concentrate. It is calming for my hyperactive students and students with high anxiety. However, they have gotten out of control in the regular classrooms and caused problems. Many teachers cannot allow them because they became more of a distraction.

True Story: I was taking this test and unfortunately, my freaking teacher allows those annoying thing in the classroom. The kid who sits behind me has one, and so does the kid to the side of me. So I kept hearing a friggen Pfffttttt and Bip-bop-bop because I could just HEAR the sound coming out of them. I got distracted and I didn't even finish the test -.- Got a 66/70
